Math does not require an account. We do not collect names, addresses or phone numbers via forms. The following limited data is processed:

• Functional localStorage in your browser: language preference, cookie choice, personal best score per exercise. This data never leaves your device.
• Technical server logs at our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security: IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL. Retention: max 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Advertising data processed by Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd) when you accept advertising cookies. If you refuse, AdSense Consent Mode v2 serves only non-personalized ads. See policies.google.com/privacy.

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for advertising and analytics cookies.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security logs.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for accounting and tax records.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EEA (notably in the United States). Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Math is suitable for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Advertising delivered to traffic identified as child-directed is non-personalized in line with Google AdSense policies and COPPA (US) where applicable.
